SI-ANNE’s debut album is titled ‘Rockstar’ with its 2nd single Celebrity currently play listed on 94.7 Highveld Stereo.... Zane D, one of their top DJ/presenters, voiced on air, “I like it a lot! It has a Kelly Clarkson/Katy Perry feel to it and I think this song is way cool”. “The chorus describes a modern day celebrity dolled up to the nines, in the latest fashion, surrounded by top designers, showing off her Prada stilettos and mesmerizing lush red lips" says Si-Anne. "Hollywood exploits her in the spotlight constantly whilst killing her soul in the process of making her famous”.

This bands first single 'Tonight' is play listed on 11 national radio stations, mainly hiting hard on Cape Town airwaves Goodhope and Kfm. “This is a true story derived from my life experience. I wrote the lyrics with a twist - my intention was to spin a modernistic curve ball on unrequited love”. ‘Tonight’ has been aired on UK radio and continues to snowball with popularity.
Si-Anne has written most of the music for the group and has recently collaborated with Moki of Koldproduk fame on her song ‘Feels Like’ – “It sounds so fresh and sexy, I have a different fantasy every time I listen to it" - Moki Sage
SI-ANNE's campaign to create awareness for GOING GREEN is an issue close to her heart, as well as supporting community outreach projects wherever possible. “The youth of today need to be educated on how to recycle and make every possible small difference in our day to day living, not to waste and not pollute our fragile environment”.
The band has been very privileged to have performed charity concerts to 1500+ children for the Festival of Fame at NSA (National School of the Arts) as well as for Twilight Foster Children’s Home (Hillbrow). “We love to give back to our community and try to help, ispie and uplift wherever possible”!
SI-ANNE is a 5 piece band blending sounds from pop/rock and ska genres with: Si-Anne as lead singer & song-writer, Chad Cohen rocking out on GUITARS, Kevy G on the KEYZ, Nico "BASS in your face" slappin' da bass guitar and Stefan Lawrence groovin’ da DRUMS. All members contribute to the unique sound of the SI-ANNE band with creative individualized parts.
Performances to Date: Arena Royal, Vilamoura, UltraFest, opening for The Parlotones, NSA Festival of Fame, Twilight Foster Children’s home (Hillbrow), 94.7 Homebrew, JawFest, Sandton Sun, Nino’s and Tanz Café and Private parties and corporate functions.
